By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Sharacle provides a platform for users to share positive personal experiences, stories of kindness, gratitude, and moments they consider to be "miracles" through text-only posts ("Content"). Users are assigned a colorful avatar upon registration; photo uploads are not permitted. The platform does not include features for comments on posts, nor does it publicly display follower or following counts to maintain a focus on sharing rather than social metrics. The platform is intended to foster a positive and uplifting community.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post, upload, or distribute any text-based Content that is negative, hateful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable or contrary to the positive nature of Sharacle.
• Post Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Post random news, advertisements, spam, or off-topic Content.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Abuse reporting tools, including knowingly false, malicious, or retaliatory reports.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review and remove any Content that we deem, in our sole discretion, to violate these Terms or the spirit of Sharacle.

To access the Service, you must create an account by providing a Name, a Username, and a Password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, particularly your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You retain ownership of the text-based Content you post on Sharacle. By posting Content, you grant Sharacle a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display such Content solely in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

The Sharacle name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Sharacle or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you may not use the Service without verifiable parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without such consent. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.

Sharacle provides in-app reporting and moderation workflows to help protect the community. Reported content may be reviewed by authorized staff, and moderation actions may include warnings, content restrictions, temporary limits, or account-level enforcement.

Users may have access to appeal pathways for eligible account or content decisions. Appeal outcomes are determined under our moderation process and may be final where permitted by law.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Sharacle makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, Content, materials, or products included on the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sharacle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or Content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or Content.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
